Oceanswept
The design of this book cover visually narrates the transition from serenity to danger. Using a watercolor technique, the cover features a portrait of the protagonist, Tessa, which seamlessly merges into a sinister, dark blue depiction of a pirate ship, symbolizing her perilous journey and the depths of the challenges she faces. This design effectively uses a gradient of teal to dark blue to evoke the ocean's vastness and the story's intense conflict.

For the second installment of the "Oceanswept" series, I crafted a cover
that captures the essence of Tessa's pivotal moments visually representing the urgency and fleeting nature of their choices. Facing in opposite directions, the characters symbolize the crossroads at which they stand—caught between diverging paths and conflicting futures in a beautifully tense portrayal.
